If you own a dog, it’s your responsibility to make sure it receives the proper training to make it adapt to its environment. If you find that a shock, no matter how mild, is not acceptable for training your dog, there are other options you can try other than remote dog training collars. For instance, instead of getting an electric dog training collar, you can try an ultrasonic dog training collar. Instead of an electrical shock the dog will simply hear a high-pitched noise that is going to stop them from barking.

A lot of owners prefer these sorts of dog training collars because they are not as intense. It’s up to you to decide which method to use, considering your time, the purpose of the training, and of course, your budget.
